Trying a week or two without tech. See you on the flip side!
PS- Maria - I did see you while I was walking! I figured out who it was just after you passed ;)

It is likely obvious that the blog has slanted towards posts meant to provide images for friends and family for this last couple of weeks. I have a number of posts in the pipeline meant for posting but with house guests and "school" in full swing it seems most other things have taken a bit of a back seat. Hope to start bringing some of the posts out of my head and on to the pages of Dunia Duara soon!

Lyttelton has no shortage of musical talent. There was a whole lot of that talent in one room (shipping container) last night.
In addition to being a talented lot, they are as sweet as the day is long. My days are very long.

I love the smile on this wee lass. All it takes is a first experience with a phone booth, or a topiary penguin.
I could not figure out why the phone booth held such appeal until I realized that she has never been in a phone booth and that she has never even, in her memory, lived any place with a land line!

As is likely apparent to the regular visitor, Dunia Duara is undergoing a wee face lift. It seemed that it was about time that I started to really figure out how this page works and begin to take advantage of some of what the blog could do. Instead, I found a couple of someones who were already quite talented in that regard and engaged their help. Thanks to Simone for helping with the formatting, implementation, and social media aspects of the blog - she had never worked with typepad before and figured it out in no time flat. Thanks to Stasia for putting her pen/brush to paper/computer and creating our new lovely buttons.
Now it is to me to do the easy bit and fill them in. It is on the to-do list just below all the Supper Project posts that I have yet to publish ;)
